Baxter Facility Maintenance Services Pty Ltd is an ‘aggregator’ that provides a central hub to customers who require maintenance services at their homes or businesses and because it’s not ‘core’ to what they do, would much prefer to let someone else negotiate and deal with the issues that come from organising good reliable tradespeople.
Trades people prefer talking to someone who understands their language and can cut to the chase, providing them with consistent work while someone else is dealing with the customers.
